I have over 20 years’ experience in the computer industry and I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. My fees are reasonable and after the first hour are charged by the half-hour, with no call-out fee in Okotoks. For local communities outside Okotoks there will be a small call-out fee plus the usual rate. I operate a no-fix, no-fee policy - If I am unable to fix your problem there will be no charge to you.
I will come to your home at a time to suit you and solve your PC problems, saving you time and hassle and getting you working again with a minimum of disruption. If I can’t cure your problem on the spot I will take away your PC and work on it until I either fix it or determine that there is no cure, giving you an estimate of the cost before I remove your machine. Your PC will be reconnected when the job is done, and checked to ensure it is working satisfactorily before I leave.
For local businesses, and also for individuals who require it, I will offer a variety of maintenance contracts that can be adjusted to suit your needs, whether it is for occasional on-call support or regular service.
