I uploaded my free Windows 10 from Microsoft on my older laptop running Windows 7. It worked okay for a few days then, the black screen of death appeared. I called David at Mountainview and he was able to revive my machine and revert it back to Windows 7. The machine seems to work better/smoother than ever. David was very knowledgeable and wanting to help. Very reasonable cost.Would I use him again? ABSOLUTELY!
