Private Rates:

House Calls - $50/hour. After the first hour the rate is based on every 30 minutes (i.e. $25).

Callout Fee - Outside of Okotoks Town Limits $15.

'5 Minute' Fixes - Minimum charge for fixes that take 15 minutes or less $15.

Virus Removal - Fixed rate - Pickup, Cleanup, Return (usually within 1 or 2 days) - $50.


Business Rates:

Ad hoc calls as per private rates shown above.

Annual Contract Rate 12 months of service at $80 per month

Half-Yearly Contract Rate 6 months of service at $100 per month

Quarterly Contract Rate 3 months of service at $120 per month

ALL Contracts include the following:
First 4 hours of service per month FREE, next 10 hours per month @ $40/hour, then $50/hour.

Business contracts for customers who are based outside the Okotoks town limits will be charged for callout based on the following criteria:

Annual Contracts: First 4 callouts FREE then $10 per service call.
Half-Yearly Contracts: First 2 callouts FREE then $10 per service call.
Quarterly Contracts: $10 per service call.
